Villa Lagoa is a stylish semi-detached villa near the centre and beaches of Cala d’Or. Accommodating up to six guests, it offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, enjoy a private saltwater pool, sun terrace, solar shower, covered dining area and brick barbecue: an ideal setting for a relaxing family holiday by the Mediterranean. Any damage or breakage is the responsibility of the guests. · Security Deposit: The deposit may be withheld in full or in part in case of damage, excessive dirt, rule violations, or unauthorized guests. · Rule Violations: In case of violations, the stay may be terminated immediately without a refund. The process may require an image of an identity document and/or a selfie. Beaches such as Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena, as well as restaurants, shops and cafés, are within easy reach. The marina offers waterfront restaurants, bars and a relaxed evening atmosphere. Cala d’Or is also a good starting point for exploring Mondragó Natural Park, Portocolom and the southeast coast of Mallorca.
