We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Bolhão, is just a 3-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This studio is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre. The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, the property includes a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs with ease. Lovely stay, the location is great for walking around the old town of Porto. Some nice touches put out by the company managing the flat (coffee pods, olive oil sachets, S&P, washing machine/dishwasher tablet etc) but was also missing some keys things such as dustpan & brush or a tea towel for dishes. It’s a studio flat without a door to the bedroom which means minimal curtains obscuring light. Check in & out was really easy.

Beautiful, modern space but noisy at times. It’s located on the first floor, right next to the staircase which is very echoey. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine, but otherwise the late night guests might keep you up when they enter the building.

Great place to stay. The host is always available and answers any questions we have. Perhaps it could do with a few hooks on the bathroom wall to hang our towels and clothes. The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing. A very pleasant stay.

The flat is lovely. It’s close to the town centre, so it’s convenient. It’s a shame that the toilet door doesn’t close properly (lack of privacy) and that the front door doesn’t block out noise well enough. We were woken up several times by people talking in the corridor as they came home, for example.
