My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests for help during your stay. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. Closest Metro Station: São Bento Metro and Train Station. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Die Wohnung fanden wir unsauber vor. Am folgenden Tag wurde nach unserem Hinweis darauf das Apartment gereinigt.

Very good
Very convenient right in the centre of Porto cleaned well and plenty of towels. Beds were comfy, all amenities ie kettle microwave coffee machine cups glasses cutlery. Only downside for us was that the bathroom was very small.

All our questions were answered quickly before arrival and the host made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was clean and complete. Only negative point: the noise coming from outside late at night.

Very good
The apartment is an ideal choice for those who want to stay in Porto for a few days. Nice location and close to attractions. Clean and tidy. One thing I didn't like was the hand soap/shampoo/shower gel because it had a very bad smell. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Also although it's not winter and you can't say it's very cold outside, it was chilly in the evening and needed some heating. They had a power heater but it didn't warm the place up at all.
