Registration Number: VFT/MA/50690 This cosy first-floor studio apartment is situated in the lower part of Calahonda, offering a peaceful setting while being within approximately 10 minutes’ walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and local amenities. Located in the small and quiet Los Rosales development, the apartment provides a relaxing base for couples or solo travellers looking to enjoy the Costa del Sol. The development also features a swimming pool, open all year round from dawn until dusk. The studio has a lovely west-facing private terrace, making it the perfect spot to enjoy an al fresco meal, relax with a drink or watch the beautiful sunsets at the end of the day. Inside, the apartment offers two single beds (put together), plus an armchair that can be converted into a third single bed if required. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, while air conditioning and heating are provided in the main living area for year-round comfort. Ideal for couples or solo travelers. As with all our holiday homes, this is a NON-SMOKING property. The stated interior and terrace square meter measurements are approximate estimates. ************************************************************************************************* There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). The stay was very relaxing in a very quiet small apartment complex. The apartment was quite small, but very comfortably furnished and really big enough for two people. We chose this apartment because of its nearness to the Royal Beach area. There is a beach bar called "Chiringuito Royal Beach Pirata". We already knew this beach bar from two previous holidays and the walking distance to this beach bar was very important to us. Just try it, you won't go wrong ...

The room was fine. The bathroom was also satisfactory. The air conditioner broke down twice. We got a puddle of water in our face 2x and a wet bed. We had mail traffic about this but we had to keep sending reminders before we got a response.
