With 415 square feet of space, it can accommodate up to 4 people and offers modern comfort combining design and practicality. On the ground floor: - a living room opening onto the street with a 140x200 sofa bed. We advise travelers to bring earplugs so that they are not disturbed by outside noise while sleeping. - a fully equipped kitchenette where you can easily prepare your meals thanks to a combination oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils. - a separate toilet Upstairs with a steep staircase ((not recommended for people with reduced mobility and young children)) : - a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, ideal for peaceful nights. - a shower room with toilet. Access is through the bedroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, allowing you to stay connected, whether for work or entertainment.
