You will have full access to the apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, dining room, and outdoor area. The apartment is located at R. da Sra. da Luz 135, 4150-196 Porto, Portugal, near the beach and with street views. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (please contact us for the price). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please contact us for prices). Quiet hours: 21:00 to 7:00. Pets: Not allowed. Pedimos aos hóspedes que deixem a louça e a cozinha limpos e esvaziem o lixo, há sempre um depósito de lixo na rua próxima. O apartamento é limpo antes de cada chegada. Por favor, mantenha o apartamento arrumado e limpo o mais razoavelmente possível durante todo o tempo de sua ocupação.
