This cosy and tastefully decorated one bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people in a double bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The open plan living, dining room and kitchen leads onto a large, wrap around balcony with outside furniture for dining and relaxing with lovely views of the sea and surrounding area. The balcony is also accessed from the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is air conditioning throughout, TV and wi-fi. Guests are met on arrival. Pets: Not allowed. Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: House Rules: Please comply with the following house rules during your stay: Quiet time between 11pm and 8am! Do not leave the key in the door when leaving the property. If you lose your key or leave it in the lock, call out fees to reopen the door, new keys or locksmith costs are payable by you. The call out fee to reopen the door is 30€. All costs are paid directly in cash. Make sure doors and windows are secure when leaving the property. Do not leave the air conditioning or lights on in your absence – Please help save the planet! Rubbish should be taken out daily and dishes washed, including on departure. Leave the property in good condition and report breakages when they occur. (The property is always checked after each departure for damages caused and malfunctioning equipment). Additional expenses caused by neglect will be deducted from the security deposit. This includes damages, irrecoverable linen and added cleaning costs due to excessive disorder & uncleanliness. Children when applicable: Do not leave unsupervised children by a swimming pool. Do not leave unsupervised children on balconies. Check-in rules: Please confirm an estimated time of arrival with the booking. On arrival, contact the host at least 30 minutes before the due check-in time and advise if any delays occur. Guests will be given a contact number for the check-in. The host is available on whatsapp as well as phone, text or email. Late check-in rules & fees: The check-in may occur between 4pm and 10pm. Late check-in’s after 10pm: 30€ paid in cash on arrival Late check-in’s after 12pm are on request and subject to confirmation: 50€ paid in cash on arrival. Monthly rentals when applicable: Rates are monthly and do not include fees such as cleaning or utilities (water, electric and/or gas bills are charged separately. Utility bills (water, electric and/or gas) are charged separately on a monthly basis according to consumer rates. Meter readings are taken on arrival and at the end of each month. Please enquire for more information. Monthly rates are only applicable in the winter period, generally between October and May for 1 to 6 months depending on availability. Guests are met at the property with the keys. The apartment is set in a privileged holiday location just a short walk to the Porto de Mós beach. The complex features a shared outdoor pool for adults and children, Jacuzzi and small gym. The center of Lagos where amenities are found, several restaurants and shops, the Lagos marina and a superb promenade along the river with beautiful views of the sea and city. The apartment is an ideal summer holiday location by the beach but also perfect for winter lets due to the mild climate and for golfers with several golf courses nearby, such as the Boavista golf course, approx. 3km’s. A car is recommended to get around although there is a mini-market nearby and excellent restaurants on the beach that are within walking distance – approx. 8 minutes’ walk. The city center is an easy 20-30 minute walk but taxi fares are reasonable and the local bus called ‘Onda’ stops every hour by the mini-market and at the beach. Winter lets also availabe on a monthly rate (utilities are not included), during the months of October and May. Please enquire for more details.
