Guest must let us know their time of arrival in order to arrange an in person check in. If arrival is after 22:00 we will give instruction for keys pickup in using a keybox.
Once you have successfully registered using our online checkin link, you will receive a digital guide with all the details, instructions and necessary information to have a smooth stay. Please only call the number on the booking platform if there is an urgent matter. Otherwise we are available through the messaging system on the platform where you made your booking.
By confirming the booking, guests agree to pay a refundable security deposit directly to the host, separate from the payment for your stay.
