For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter?
