  Overall very happy. The property was clean generally but could use a deep clean (there were cobwebs in some hard to reach places) The balcony is a great amenity and the air conditioning worked well such that the property was comfortable even in the height of the summer. The kitchen was basic. We were able to make coffee, cook a meal and enjoy cold drinks and snacks. Some of the fixtures and fittings are old and one gas ring on the cooker didn’t work. Electric kettles are a bit of a mystery in Italy and ours did not work reliably. We managed to make a cup of tea eventually when we needed but a new kettle would be an asset to the property.   My family of five just stayed here and it was nothing short of amazing. It was in a good location right off the street to walk to the place. The street noise is constant throughout the day but you get used to it. It was also close to walk to most restaurants and the beach nearby. The place had plenty of room for everyone and was very clean and maintained. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. Source: Vrbo

  We had a wonderful time in Positano. Casa Annula was very nice and spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The views from the balcony were gorgeous! Guido and Nunzio were very responsive and helpful and Fortuna was very nice and welcoming. Source: Airbnb

  We loved Casa Annalu and Fortuna was very pleasant to deal with. She helped us get in, also arranged a luggage porter for us when we left and also helped us find a driver from Naples to Positano after our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather. The only reason I scored them slightly lower than awesome was the air conditioning unit in one bedroom didn't work. We reported it to Fortuna but given the error code on the unit we were almost sure it might not just be an issue with remote or a reset. It needed a technician but in our 5 days there, it was never fixed. So one couple slept with patio window open which meant they heard the traffic all night long.   Very nice house. Short walks to get groceries, eat at restaurants or go shopping. Next to city bus stop. Host was great. Pay careful attention to which bus to get on to go into the city. With earplugs in at night almost no traffic noise. Very nice long balcony to enjoy the view. Make sure you are in good shape as Positano is on the side of a mountain. Source: VRBO
