  Very good

We had some difficulty checking in after a weather delay caused us not to get there until 3am but the host was incredibly responsive even in the early morning hours and did everything possible to help us access the apartment. The location was an easy 10 minute walk to get to the BART which will take you straight to downtown Oakland or San Francisco. Kilovolt Cafe and Prescott Market offer great nearby options for coffee, food and drinks within walking distance as well. The neighbors were quiet and we felt safe walking around the area but we did have our rental car stolen from where it was parked one block over.

  Exceptional

This place was a lovely haven for the month I stayed. The host was quick to answer any questions I had, and the neighbors were friendly. I'd be happy to stay here again.
