The accommodation: Bright apartment located in Cabanyal, 250 meters walk from the beach, with east-facing orientation, allowing you to enjoy relaxation due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and, at the same time, given its proximity to the La Malvarrosa neighborhood and the universities, it has all the services: bus stops, supermarkets, numerous restaurants, and entertainment venues. The 48 m2 apartment has the following spaces: -Spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV-HD, rectangular dining table for 4 people, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, air conditioning with access to the balcony. -Modern open-plan kitchen to the living room, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave with grill, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware for cooking. - Spacious master bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, mirror, open wardrobe, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, with access to a balcony with views of the neighborhood. - Second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed with two 90x200 cm single beds, open wardrobe, stool, and mirror. - Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, large sink, toilet, and mirror. It is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchenware: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine detergent, dishwasher detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand soap and shampoo.
